The maintenance personnel wait for the ladder at the entrance of the lowest floor, and set up obstacles to prevent the personnel from approaching. After the elevator opens, the elevator will be called to the highest floor. After the elevator stops at the highest level, the hall door is opened and the pit is partially maintained. .

After opening the hall door, take the pit stop button and open the pit lighting to observe whether there is any water in the pit. If there is water, you need to inform the party to confirm the situation on the spot, and ask the user to carry out water treatment or waterproof treatment in the near future.

Check the state of the pit ladder and check whether the tensioning device is working normally. Otherwise, it should be mechanically adjusted; check if the limit switch is in the positive position. If it is not in the normal position, it should be pulled back. The distance between the bottom plane of the tensioning wheel and the ground of the pit should be 500-50MM. If it exceeds the specified, the rope should be cut.

The over-range test is performed on the terminal limit switch, and the over-travel distance is 50-70 MM away from the upper and lower end hall door sills. The over-range test is carried out on the terminal limit switch, and the over-travel distance is 150 to 200 MM away from the upper and lower station halls.

Check the gap between the compensation chain and the ground, and the distance between the compensation chain and the ground is more than 300MM.

Check the counterweight buffer distance, the hydraulic buffer buffer distance is 250-400, and the polyurethane or spring buffer buffer distance is 150-350. If the requirements are not met, the counterweight buffer clamp should be disassembled. If not, notify Party A. Do the ladder to cut the wire rope.
