One, detect the power supply voltage
When the external power grid is normally powered, the power detection circuit of the emergency device gives a normal signal of AC input power, and the battery pack of the device is automatically floated through the charging circuit to maintain the rated operating voltage.
Two, emergency handling of emergencies
When the elevator is in an emergency, the control system of the elevator emergency device will automatically be used for emergency rescue. Cut off the power supply from the external power grid for the first time and perform electrical interlocking. At the same time, it detects the safety and maintenance of the elevator and the circuit. The door area sensor provides power to detect the nearest leveling information. If it is normal, the car door and hall door will be opened at the same time; if the leveling information cannot be detected, the DC converter will provide the brake circuit powered by. After ensuring that the car door and hall door floor are opened and the safety of passengers is guaranteed, the contacts and contacts on the emergency device all return to standby mode.
Three, safety lock
If the signals for monitoring the elevator safety circuit and the door lock circuit are safe, the emergency operation of the elevator emergency device will also be terminated immediately to ensure the safety and reliability of passengers and elevator equipment. The elevator emergency device has also been monitoring the overhaul loop of the elevator control system. When the maintenance personnel inspect the elevator, as long as the inspection switch is pressed, the device will be automatically locked and not put into emergency operation.
Fourth, the emergency mission ends and returns
After the emergency operation is over, the elevator emergency device is in an isolated standby state and has no effect on the normal operation of the elevator. When the three-phase AC power supply is restored, the charging circuit of the emergency device will automatically return to the isolated standby charging mode for the battery pack.
