When multiple people cooperate with elevator maintenance, they must concentrate their thoughts, respond to each other, and do a good job of cooperation.

If you use the triangular key to open the hall door, you must see the position of the car clearly, and don't take it for granted that the elevator must be there.

When opening the hall door and entering the car top, the door cannot be closed immediately. First, put the inspection switch in the inspection gear, press the emergency stop switch, turn on the car top light, and close the hall door after the car top is stable.

When leaving the car top, first open the hall door, then reset the car top inspection switch, emergency stop switch, lighting switch, etc. one by one, and then close the hall door after reaching the outside of the hall. (If people can operate the above switches while standing outside the hall, they should reset the above switches after standing outside the hall)





When the car is running, do not put your body beyond the bar. Do not work on the straddle.

When on the top of the car, in case the elevator runs out of control, keep calm, hold on to the thing that can be supported, squat in a safe place, and do not try to open the door and jump out.

When working in the pit, the safety switch of the pit inspection box should be turned off. When climbing out of the pit, make sure that the hall door is open so that the safety circuit of the pit can be connected, and then quickly climb out of the pit. (If the safety switch can be operated outside the hall, the safety switch should be turned on after people climb out of the pit, and then the door should be closed)

If it is necessary to short-circuit the door lock to check the elevator door lock failure, make sure that the elevator is in the maintenance state. After the inspection, be sure to disconnect the door lock short-circuit wire before the elevator can be reset to the normal state.

When overhauling Passenger Elevators with emergency devices, when using the emergency switch, make sure that the hall door is closed to prevent others from falling into the shaft. When entering the pit to work, if the door on the 1st floor is to be open, you must be guarded by a warning sign at the hall door or a special person, and take measures to prevent others from falling into the pit.

When it is necessary to cut off the power supply for maintenance of the elevator, a warning sign "Someone is operating, closing is prohibited" should be hung up. When carrying out belt operation or using power tools, be sure to take safety precautions to prevent electric shock.
